The Setai has a nice resort feel, with clean rooms and great facilities. The location is convenient and within walking distance to world-class cuisine. The staff are helpful and accommodating.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and stylish rooms that exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed by the zen-like mood that permeated throughout. The location in this otherwise chaotic city was a welcome retreat, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Additionally, the complimentary transportation around the area was a convenient and added bonus.

We had the most incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, we were blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from providing a complimentary cake for my husband's birthday to offering us refreshing ice teas upon arrival. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a beautiful area with stunning views of the city. We especially loved our tower suite, which provided us with breathtaking views of the hardwood and black granite used throughout the hotel.
The hotel had a gorgeous atmosphere and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They surprised us with complimentary champagne for my girlfriend's birthday and even allowed for a super late check-out. The three pools, one of which was adults only, offered different temperatures and there were plenty of free cabanas available. The beach access was convenient and the pools were open all night. Our room in the older building was spacious and had two separate sinks, a shower, and a hot tub. The hotel's location was good, with wonderful staff, great restaurants, and complimentary transportation around the area.
