The staff, the cleanliness, the hotel facilities, and the location to the beautiful beach.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel had a charming and artsy vibe with immaculate cleanliness. The staff was kind and personal, always anticipating my needs. Special thanks to Adrian, Jerry, Silvia, and the manager Ismaray for their superb hospitality. The room was bright and airy, offering a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel's location was perfect, with a lovely beach just across the way. Complimentary chairs, towels, and umbrellas were provided, making it convenient for beachgoers. The hotel also had a small seating area in a courtyard, adding to its charm. The breakfast and appetizers were unique and delicious, and the staff was always friendly, helpful, and professional.

Cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The location was just out of the bustling South Beach area, making it quieter and more relaxing. The staff, including Alejandro, Estefania, and Cesar, provided top-notch service. The hotel's breakfast was delicious, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The hotel had a great location near the beach and main attractions. The decor in the main room was beautiful.
