The hotel staff, including Olguens, David, Angelo, Dashaun, Anthony. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a complimentary and spacious spa, an adults-only pool, and a private beach with free umbrella usage. The location was perfect, with good food options nearby and easy access to transportation. Additionally, the cleanliness of the common areas and the comfort of the rooms were outstanding.

I absolutely loved the convenience of this hotel's location. It was so easy to access the beach from the hotel, thanks to the well-maintained pathway and the foot-cleaning pool. The outdoor seating areas were abundant and never felt overcrowded. The hotel facilities were outstanding - from the four swimming pools, each with its own unique character, to the state-of-the-art spa and well-equipped gym. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, especially Aiko who went above and beyond to assist us with special requests.

I had a fantastic stay here! The staff were warm and welcoming upon arrival, and the room was exactly as described. The partial ocean view from the lounge and bedroom was absolutely breathtaking. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with everything in perfect working order. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the beach and pools. It was also great to have a supermarket right across the street, making it convenient to get groceries. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

Almost perfect. The only downside was that it sometimes took a while to receive room service or order a smoothie or sorbet.
